The anchor for my soul...

This post is probably more for me than anyone else, but I hope that you find it encouraging! I have had an off day today and have been dealing with a lot of disappointment. I know that it is the devil trying to get a foothold, and he almost got me today. Anyway, I am really struggling, and just when I was about to make a big mistake, this song popped on the radio. I mean in the same instant I was about to do something really dumb and devil-like! If that isn't a God-thing, I don't know what you call it. I calmed down the minute I heard the first couple of words and just chuckled to myself because I knew that God was speaking directly to me... and it worked! This song by Chris Tomlin came on WMHK. I have heard it many, many times before, but it really spoke to me today. I have listened to it over and over again on You Tube, so I decided I would post it on here in case any of my friends needed it as well. The line that spoke to me most of all I have never even given a second thought about before. Near the beginning, the line reads, "There's an ANCHOR for my soul. I can say it is well."
