I learn something new every day!

I have often said that every day is something new with a baby or toddler, and I am still learning. This was about a week ago, but my lesson for this day was that Thomas is TERRIFIED of going through a carwash. He has been in the car with me before when I have gone through, and he definitely would look concerned, but nothing major. Well, last week when I went, he had a complete meltdown (right when we got started, of course), and I felt awful. It was so bad that I had to reach back and get him out of his carseat and let him sit on my lap until it was over. He was trembling so bad... I won't do that again anytime soon! He started up again when it was over and I put him back in his carseat, so I gave him his paci and blanket that I keep in the car for emergencies. Poor guy!
